Booking airfare & visa
If you are flying into Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat International Airport - SGN) on or after April 15, 2026, you must complete a digital Pre-Arrival Information Declaration before clearing immigration
Timeline: You can only submit the form within 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival.
Required Information: You will need to provide your full name, passport details, visa information (if applicable), flight number, and address of your accommodation in Vietnam.
QR Code: Upon successful submission, you will receive a QR code. You must save or screenshot this code to present to immigration officers upon arrival.
Travel & Support Notes
When flying to Asia, you will cross the International Date Line and may lose one full day. Review your itinerary carefully to ensure a Thursday arrival. Most clients must depart two days before the tour begins.
Client support is limited for early arrivals unless pre-approved by the US office.
