| Despite the fact that famous photographers like Bruce Davidson and Lewis Hine already explored Harlem as a subject for their work, I decided to do a portrait of the Manhattan neighborhood.
Some of these images appeared in the Union Settlement's annual student poetry booklet sponsored by the Unterberg Poetry Center at the 92nd Street Y. |
